Check-in begins at 3PM (flexible close). Check-out is by 10AM. You will receive a key code that gives you access to the home the day of check-in.

Guests & Occupancy

This property accommodates a maximum of 8 guests. The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. I won't be available in person.

House Rules & Suitability

No pets, no smoking, no events/parties. Please be mindful of the neighbors and noise late at night or early in the morning. Pets Smoking Events Children WheelchairSea Colony does not allow renters to bring pets.Yes, there are stairs so you may want to consider bringing a gate.

Payment

A reservation deposit of $300 secures the booking. Full payment is due 45 days before check-in. A security deposit of $300 is collected 7 days before check-in and released 2 days after checkout.

To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking your summer stay no later than early spring.
