On the Nature of the House

Front entrance.
Serving Sand West is a freshly renovated beach house inside the gated Sea Colony community of Bethany Beach, Delaware. Every surface has been considered: clean-lined furnishings, contemporary finishes, and a layout that funnels the Atlantic light through every room from morning until the dunes go copper at dusk.
The house sleeps up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms — enough space for a family reunion, compact enough that no one loses the group. Sea Colony's private beach access, resort-style pools, tennis courts, and miles of trail extend your stay well beyond these walls. A fully equipped kitchen, outdoor shower, and a deck sized for evening meals mean that a car key seldom needs touching.
Reservations are taken directly through this site and confirmed personally by your host, Sam, who is available throughout your stay for anything the Delaware shore demands of you. Check-in begins at 3PM; departure by 10AM. A minimum stay applies in peak season — the coast rewards those who linger.
